We’ve introduced the ability for users to attach images when sending review requests, enhancing personalisation and engagement—especially for field service teams who wish to share real, job-specific visuals.

Users can now manually attach images when sending review requests. This enables them to include relevant visuals such as before-and-after job photos or service snapshots to add authenticity and context.
用户现在可在发送 review requests 时手动附加 images,以加入相关视觉内容,例如 before-and-after job photos 或 service snapshots,为请求增添真实感与情境说明。

Previously, review requests supported only one static image (usually a logo) via MMS. With this update, users can now dynamically upload and send images at the time of the request—no longer limited to pre-set branding assets.
以往 review requests 仅能通过 MMS 支持一张静态图片(通常为 logo)。此更新后,用户可在发送请求时动态上传并发送 images,不再受限于预设的品牌素材。
